Care Assistant

We are looking for reliable, compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our care team, providing high quality person centred to our customers in the Norwich and surrounding areas. 

10 - 40 hours available per week.

We have both full and part time roles available, some weekend work is required to meet the needs of our customers. We offer flexible working patterns, no experience necessary as full training, shadowing and support is given.

You will provide high quality care to our customers, enabling them to continue living in the familiar surroundings of their own homes. Supporting them with their care needs, which may include personal care, medication administration, meal preparation and other much needed tasks, promoting independence and treating them with dignity and respect.

We empower all our staff to take control of their own Personal development, giving them access to fully funded QCF level 2&3 and further certificated courses in specialised subjects of their choice. We believe in career progression and committed to the wellbeing of both staff and customers.
