About Norfolk Care Careers

Part of Norfolk County Council, the Norfolk Care Careers team supports adult social care providers to recruit and retain a skilled and valued workforce. This workforce delivers high-quality care to communities within Norfolk and Waveney.

• Encourage best practice in recruitment and retention, raising awareness and promoting careers across adult social care. 
• Enable a sustainable, capable and values-based care sector workforce across Norfolk and Waveney.

We aim to raise awareness of and promote careers across adult social care. We connect people wishing to work in care and explore recruitment, retention, training and development opportunities to support the care sector workforce.

We link care providers from both private and public sectors, social enterprises and charities with job seekers throughout Norfolk and Waveney. This is through promoting all available roles in the adult social care sector.
