BASIC SALARY £ 33541.04 PLUS £2604.66 (RECRUITMENT & RETENTION ALLOWANCE) = GROSS SALARY £36145.70

NIHCSS are a partnership between Together UK and St Martins Housing Trust. We support adults with severe mental health issues and work with them to lead independent lives. NIHCSS are recruiting for a Mental Health Service Manager dedicated to supporting and leading a team who's vision is to help people live ordinary, independent and happy lives through extraordinary support.
The Role:
As our Mental Health Service Manager at Bakery Court, you will play a crucial role within the NIHCSS service. You will lead, manage, and develop a portfolio of mental health services, ensuring safe delivery, meeting objectives, and representing the organisation to commissioners. With the support of a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a staffing team of 15 Recovery Workers.
Main responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and develop the mental health services portfolio
Provide leadership and support to teams and workers
Ensure services are delivered safely and meet quality standards
Participate in mental health forums to contribute to strategic development
Collaborate within the Senior Management Team to achieve organisational goals
Oversee the management of overall operational budgetary and financial responsibilities
Essential requirements:
Strong understanding of mental health conditions and recovery models
Senior management experience within health, social care, or mental health charity sector
Experience in leading, managing, and developing staff teams
Effective communication skills and ability to inspire trust and confidence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital media platforms
Excellent project management, development and evaluation skills
