*Job Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate person to join our team in Great Yarmouth. As a Mental Health Support Worker at NIHCSS, you will play a crucial role in supporting and empowering individuals to lead fulfilling, independent lives.

*Duties*

- Mentoring and supporting individuals, encouraging independence and self-confidence

- Providing person centred support to individuals including life skills and social interactions

- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care

*Experience*

- Previous experience working with vulnerable adults is desirable

- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently

- A compassionate and patient approach towards those in need of support
