TEMPORARY CONTRACT TO 31 MARCH 2026
Basic Salary £25738.06 + £1454.67 (Recruitment & Retention allowance) = £27192.73
Together is working in partnership with Change Grow Live (CGL) to deliver specialist Drug & Alcohol Housing related support across Norfolk. This is a dynamic service providing support to individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs.
We are looking for an experienced, innovative and driven Senior Recovery Worker to work in our team in Kings Lynn. You will possess excellent communication skills, tenacity, creativity & compassion and will form part of a close-knit team, receiving excellent development opportunities and be in a role you will find both challenging and rewarding.

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starting and imaginative individual with great leadership and collaboration skills, a can-do attitude and the motivation to change and enhance the service. This is a key role for the project, ensuring that the service continues to reach a diverse range of people and delivers safe and high quality support at all times.
You will have excellent communication skills and experience of supporting a caseload of service users with complex needs, working with clinical colleagues at all levels, across departments and external agencies and stakeholders. You will have the ability to build on an already solid foundation of partnership working, using your stakeholder management skills to foster strong networks, ensuring the service is well connected to organisations and agencies providing D&A and housing support in Norfolk.
You will promote a culture of inclusion and act as a champion for service user leadership, encouraging those using the service to direct their own support and contribute to shaping the way the service is run.
You will be outcome-focused, drawing on your experience in supporting a diverse caseload, to ensure the efficient running of the service in line with Together's ethos and policies.
