Description

Support work isn't just making cups of tea and personal care. It is about enhancing the lives for people living with emotional, physical and sometimes complex disabilities. At Insignia Healthcare Group we believe that everyone has the right to live a fulfilling life and reach their full potential. Although a good cup of tea does go a long way!!

We are looking for someone to support a young adult (21) who is living in her own home in Cringleford (Norwich). Whilst she has been given a diagnosis of complex disorders including, mental health challenges and can demonstrate behaviours that challenge, on good days she is bubbly, fun and an outgoing young adult who just wants to succeed in life. She has an active calendar which includes horse riding, escape rooms and she is an avid football fan, trying to get to as many games as she can. Shifts are 12hrs (9am-9pm) which includes alternative weekend working.

All positions can be given as a contracted fixed rota position or on a casual basis if preferred.

* Due to insurance purposes, we can only accept applicants who are over 25 with a full clean driving licence.

*There is a genuine occupational requirement for the holder of this post to be female in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and Equality Act 2010.
