Job Details
I am a middle aged man with Muscular Dystrophy who requires daily support to remain independent in my home. I will need assistance with personal care, showering and changing clothes as well as some domestic support to keep my home clean and tidy and prepare basic meals. I am a keen swimmer and like Basketball so my PA may take me to these activities. As I need support on a 7 day basis I am seeking 2 people to work on a flexible job share basis.

Summary terms and conditions
•The rate of pay for this position is £11.68 per hour (Increasing from 1st April)
•Hours of work: 15 hours per week at flexible times to be discussed at interview - Job Share
•5.6 weeks per year pro-rata paid leave, inclusive of bank holidays
•Free Careskills training as appropriate for role

The post is subject to the following:
•A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
•Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months
