Care Support Worker

Your day-to-day tasks would include:

· Supporting Individuals in their own homes with personal care - including activities like washing, dressing, and assisting with personal hygiene.

· Medication support and more complex interventions, based on your training level.

· Motivating and supporting people in various activities to get the most out of their day.

· General domestic tasks, including - shopping; housekeeping, cleaning etc.

· Meal preparation - supporting nutritional needs.

· Providing support to individuals with complex needs.

Requirements to carry out the role as a First Choice Carer:

· Full driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential for this position.

· Right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are not currently offering sponsorship opportunities.

· Effective communication skills both verbally and written.

What we offer:

· Pay rate: £13.25 per hour (Four weekly pay). *This equates to £20,670 per annum, if you work on a full time basis of 30 hours a week*

· £0.30 per mile

· Enhanced Bank Holiday pay

· Full or part time hours available, with flexibility of shifts that suit your lifestyle:

Shift times: 7am - 2pm - 2pm - 10pm.
