The Role
The role of healthcare assistant is a busy and varied role with each day being different. Your responsibilities are to work within the team to ensure our residents are supported with both their physical and emotional needs. To assist our residents with personal care, supporting them to get ready for the day or night, assisting and monitoring at mealtimes, recording interactions with our residents on our digital care system. Taking part in the many activities with the residents such as dancing with Elvis, petting rabbits or playing bingo.
