Pathways Accommodation Lead

The Role
As the Pathways Accommodation Lead, you will:
•Manage and support the accommodation team to deliver high quality services.
•Train, motivate and support colleagues and volunteers so they can provide an impactful and responsive service.
•Work with your team to create a safe, supportive and dynamic environment where clie0nts have opportunities to learn and develop the essential life skills and confidence needed to sustain a tenancy.
•Promote positive outcomes for clients that develop confidence, resilience and independent living skills.
•Using outcome stars, you will take a person-centred approach to developing support plans and work with your team to ensure these are in place for each person they work with.
•Cultivate strong working relationships with colleagues both within and outside the organisation; collaborating with external partners to enhance the support network for clients.
•Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
•Oversee the maintenance of accommodation, ensuring they are in good condition and promptly report and follow up on any repairs or issues to ensure timely resolution.
•Excel at prioritising a diverse and busy workload to meet the needs of our clients effectively.

•Experience in housing support or a related field.
