We are now recruiting Support Workers to join our friendly well-established teams in Dereham, Norfolk.

This role is Permanent, working 18 hours per week. We are offering Support Workers in Dereham £12.25 per hour.

Our services are personalised to the individuals that live in them and the people that provide the support. We have 2 supported living flats with one individual in each flat and both have visual impairment. One is mobile and requires minimal support and the other requires more physical support. Each individual is provided with care and support tailored to their individual needs.

As a Support Worker you will be lone working and supporting the individuals with accessing the community and take part in a range of activities to support their health and well being. You will be required to be a driver who has a full UK manual driver's license.

We are flexible in our shifts and the general shift patterns are as follows: 7:00am-4:00pm and 4:00pm-10:00pm. Sleep-ins are also available as overtime. This will be discussed with you at interview.

No two days will be the same
