Do you have a few hours each week to positively impact someone's life?

We are currently looking for a Community Support Worker (Communicator Guide) who has a British Sign Language qualification (BSL) to join our great team in Norfolk.

This position offers a permanent role with a commitment of 6 hours per week, supporting a person who is deaf access the community, to access work and social activities.

As a Community Support Worker, you will help the individuals engage in their preferred activities and create fulfilling experiences. You'll support them in making their own choices on how they would like to spend their day.

Requirements for this role:

A British Sign Language (BSL) Level 3 qualification or an equivalent to effectively communicate through BSL.
A full UK driving licence and business insurance and must be willing to drive your own vehicle (Mileage paid 0.45 pence per mile).
Experience in Care and/or being confident working in a lone working setting.
