Family Case Worker

We have an exciting position for a Family Case Worker in our Broadland refuge.
You will be based in the refuge, offering 1-1 support to children, running groups and offering support around parenting to mums.
Our role is to empower women to move forward with their lives and recover from the trauma they have been through, therefore, you will be compassionate and be able to work in a supportive role whilst withholding professional boundaries.
This is a fast paced environment and we are looking for someone who is dynamic and flexible, can think creatively and use their initiative. It's a small and very friendly team, and you will be expected to help out where needed.
You will have two year's experience of working with vulnerable children and families. You will have paid experience of working in a safeguarding environment.
The post is 30 hrs week (4 days).
