Description
We are a Residential Home, Owned by the Salvation Army. Your faith isn't important in our recruitment of staff but being able to uphold our values is.

The role of a care assistant is varied and depends on the individual that you are supporting at that particular moment in time. We are proud of your person centred care approach.
The job will include support of Older people in ensuring that their Emotional, physical and spiritual needs are met and that they are supported to achieve their expected outcomes in their preferred way.
This could include support in activities, Nutrition and Hydration, Personal care, Continence Management, Transferring and mobility, This list is non exhaustive and there will be lot of magic moments for you to share with the residents.
