Director of Strategy and Charity Development
REF: NWM/494
Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary: £73,812 per annum
Location: Sale Rd, Norwich NR7 9TP
*Due to the nature of the role a driver licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role, mileage is paid at 45p per mile for cars after your home to work base mileage is deducted.

Norfolk and Waveney Mind, a leading mental health charity, is looking for a dynamic and visionary Director of Strategy and Charity Development to join our Executive Leadership Team.
About the Role:
As the Director of Strategy and Charity Development, you will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team to shape and execute strategies that develop of our relationships with key stakeholders to influence and strengthen the Charity's reach within the wider care system, and enhance our services, grow our revenue, and raise our profile across Norfolk and Waveney. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our commercial, marketing, and business development efforts, ensuring we continue to make a positive impact on mental health in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop our relationships with key stakeholders - public, private and VCSE - to strengthen the Charity's outreach and charitable objectives
Lead the development and implementation of innovative business development and marketing strategies.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and commercial partners.
Oversee contract management, ensuring accurate and risk-free agreements.
Guide the fundraising team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Act as the primary representative for Norfolk and Waveney Mind, actively promoting our work and mental health issues locally and nationally.
Drive product and service development to meet the needs of our stakeholders and identify potential new revenue streams.

A proven leader with experience in business development, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth while supporting the charity's mission and values.
A collaborative leader with excellent communication and team management skills.
