Our office is located in Oak Lodge Business Centre, Little Melton, Norwich Norfolk, NR9 3 LB just off the A47 south of Norwich on the outskirts of the village of Little Melton which has a bus service and a local shop. The office is within a newly refurbished office block with a variety of other business operating there. The Director, Registered Manager and administrative staff are based at this location, and they support the team of Care Workers who in turn work out in the community providing care in the service users' own homes. This support includes staff training, supervision, support, maintaining all records for staff and clients, marketing, business development, financial activities, ensuring stock levels of equipment, communication and coordination with other members of the multidisciplinary team etc. CareYourWay Norwich provides services that include, assistance with washing, showering and bathing, dressing, medication management and administration, meal preparation and feeding, domestic help, shopping, companionship, escorting people to appointments and trips out, for adults aged 18+. Care visits range from 30 minutes, up to a full live in care service including the provision of night care.
