At Norfolk Care Careers we have partnered with Timewise, experts in flexible working, to bring workshops and insights on flexible working patterns to care providers in Norfolk and Waveney.

In recent years, the concept of flexible working has gained significant traction, transforming the traditional workplace landscape.  Timewise has been at the forefront of championing flexible working practices across various sectors.

One of the main challenges in implementing flexible working for frontline roles is the potential for logistical difficulties.

Timewise have extensively researched this and the results overwhelmingly indicate that some form of flexibility within roles improves job satisfaction and alleviates staff shortages.  Research also indicates that staff report better health, improved work-life balance and a stronger desire to remain with their employers.
