Description
Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
Supporting individuals with mobility and helping them move around the home.
Administering medication in accordance with care plans and local guidelines.
Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition.
Helping with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Keeping accurate records of care provided, including any changes in the service user's condition
