Onward Enterprises is a unique company offering a service to both the social care and the industrial sector as a Community Interest Company ( not for profit).Established in Harleston in 1990 and Thetford in 1992. With over 34 years experience Onward Enterprises offers a day service for adults with learning disabilities, those on the autism spectrum or with enduring mental health, providing the opportunity to gain realistic "work experience" skills within a person centred approach, aiming to promote confidence and independence within the service we provide. Onward Enterprises offer work experience in contract packing and hospitality and catering operating a " working canteen " at our Thetford site from October 2024. The opportunities offered lead to progression and achievement of tasks and responsibilities within Onward Enterprises, providing skills and experience for those who wish to move onto voluntary or paid work in the future. Onward Enterprises offers more than just " work" we offer a social calendar providing a Christmas party, Onward Players amateur dramatic group, performing an annual Pantomime and the opportunity to go on holiday to Butlin's with your Onwards friends for a week.
