Description

Could you give people their confidence back and support our communities in the villages and towns in North Norfolk? If so, we'd love to hear from you - even if you haven't considered working in Social Care before.

Here at Norfolk First Response we work with a reablement ethos, working alongside people in their homes to make a positive difference. We aim to help them regain their previous abilities within 6 weeks following a period of ill health or change in circumstances and our Support Workers (Reablement) are a key part of that.

Find out more about a day in the life of a Support Worker (Reablement) here.

We have vacancies in our Double Assist Team and working individually (as part of a team of 12) across North Norfolk, giving people the support they need ranging from helping with daily activities such as washing, dressing, meal and drink preparation to ensuring their medication has been taken.

Our Double Assist Team covers North Walsham, Mundesley and Cromer. Our single rotas cover those areas too as well as Stalham, Ludham, Horning, Acle and Blofield.

Our current vacancies include:

You need to be caring, empathetic and committed to making a difference to people's lives with the ability to easily commute to people's homes in North Norfolk so will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
